Excel Engineering College was established in the year 2007 as the first college of the EXCEL Group Institutions. It is an AICTE approved institution affiliated by Anna University, Chennai. The College is offering Six Under graduate Engineering programmes in Viz.

The college encourages both academicians and students to involve in all kind of social, professional, technical and research activities to promote the educational expertise to globalize. Excel Engineering College bagged the Brands Academy Educational Excellence award for the “Fastest Growing Engineering College in Tamilnadu” in June, 2011.
